Jonny was great throughout the process when I was selling and buying a new property. I really thought that it would be very difficult to accomplish this, especially if you're not a cash buyer. But, we went through it pretty smoothly. My property was sold over the asking price after only a short amount of time. We were able to negotiate terms that allowed me to look for the new property. Here are the pros: -Professionalism -Hard-worker (I called him a few times past bedtime) -Friendly in a way that you will feel comfortable looking for houses or sharing life stories, with no pressure -Knowledgeable about real estate There are many real estate agents out there and it's probably hard to make a decision on who to hire. At the end, what matters to me is someone who can truly help me accomplish my wish, like a good friend, but still with professionalism. I recommend to give him a call and you'll be glad that you did.

One of the greatest experiences I’ve had selling/buying a home! Really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the entire process! Saved me a bundle and really knew that he was passionate of what he does!

Interesting how none of the reviews are from actual Tenant of property owners who had to work with this real estate company. As a renter, I can unequivocally say that dealing with this real estate company has been a thing of nightmares and we only leased the place for a year! It partially had to do with the landlord being out of state and utterly incompetent, but it didn't help that they were also incompetent in providing their services and in understanding the law. We got a tour of our condo by Alicia, and dealt with her directly for everything from the negotiations to signing the lease - it was her and Jonathon. She told us she would be our point person for all of our needs. Within one week of moving in that immediately was clearly not the case. They fumbled even the simplest of repairs. Instead of hiring someone who could actually do the job we had random men knocking on our doors with no appointments claiming to be cousins of the landlord to make repairs. A nightmare to say the least!! We had to deal with the landlord directly for everything. It wasn't until the end of the lease where Alicia reared her head out of the dark to try to be even more deceptive. Not only was she begging us to be our real estate agent (NO THANKS) she completely tried to defraud us out of our security deposit. It had been weeks since we moved out and we had done a move out inspection with one of their minions before we moved out. Figured the return of the security deposit should be pretty cut and dry. It wasnt until i reached out that they decided to finally cut the check back to us (minus "damages"). They never provided us an accurate itemized deduction statement of our charges, they never provided us a copy of the move out inspection and they didn't follow any of the california laws regarding returning back a Tenant's security deposit. Not to mention that they tried to hold money back for damages that were there when we moved on or part of normal wear and tear. They thought we should be fully liable for 50 year old window screens that were ripped when we moved in. They have ZERO understanding of the law and now we are headed to small claims court to teach them about it. And when they get called out on everything, they just wash their hands of it and say deal with the landlord directly. Ummm isn't that why you were hired? I ended up having to settle everything with the landlord and even she was livid at the incompetence that they represented. At no point did they ever keep the landlord appraised of the laws or responsibility of a landlord - which is what they were hired for. On top of this all, months later Jonny calls me and asks me to delete my reviews and decides he wants to apologize now. Too little too late!

Jonny was great to work with. We initially encountered other agents who would claim they had the “experience” and “relationships” that other agents didn’t have. Truthfully since the age of Zillow and Redfin, anybody has the ability to look at MLS listings and the property details. Jonny did not BS us at all and was a straight shooter. This was exactly what we were looking for and felt he had our backs. This was crucial in the offer stage to avoid a bidding war. He was also easy to work with in escrow allowing for a smooth transition. I am sure for our next home, we will Jonny again.

We contacted Jonny after having a terrible experience with another real estate agent (lots of problem with closing on a house, and that agent was also not able to sell our condo after being over one month on the market and four open houses). Jonny was really good at strategics regarding prices, negotiating with buyers' agents. Jonny is a really sharp guy, and the best at what he does. He has also offered a lot of help and counsel on the house we had bought (through our old agent). Jonny really cares about his clients, and will make sure to get you the best deal out there. He really knows the market well, and has many contacts in construction, etc. This is especially useful when buying a property and performing inspections etc. Oh how I wished we would have found him instead of our old agent when we bought our new house.
